Created players missing
After the World's Game update yesterday, my son's created players (12 of them) have disappeared. He's autistic and is distraught. Can anyone help a not so tech- savvy mom please??? Xbox X.

The same thing has happened to me on Nintendo Switch. My son has all his mates as custom players and they have all vanished. After the World's Game update they have all vanished. They still exist in loaded manager career and a tournament that was saved before then, but we can't get them back into general game.
My son is still so upset. He wont play it anymore at all. I really don't know what to do!
