Critical Loading Error on FC 26 - Unable to access game for 2 days

"I have been unable to access FC 26 for 48 hours due to a persistent 'Loading Failure' / 'Échec du chargement' error. I have already performed all standard troubleshooting steps: uninstalled/reinstalled the game, repaired game files via EA App, cleared cache, and verified my connection. Nothing works. The Help website only directs me to articles and does not offer a contact option for technical support. I need an agent to check my account or server status. Please escalate this."

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I've got a few suggestions for you. Please try the following:

    • Install/repair Visual C++ Redistributables. This can be downloaded here. Reboot your PC and try launching FC 26 again.
    • Delete the local FC 26 Config/App Data. To do that, go to C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26. If your AppData is hidden, enable "show hidden files" when viewing the folder properties. Delete the fcsetup, settings and Umcache folders. Then try launching the game again.
    • Perform a clean reinstall of EA AntiCheat. Go to the FC 26 install folder. Run the EA AntiCheat Installer/Repair tool. Choose FC 26 and hit repair. Restart your PC and try launching the game again.
    • Try launching the game via EA AntiCheat. Run EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from the FC 26 install directory. Right click on the file and choose Run as Administrator.
    • Update your GPU Drivers
    • Disable any overlays and background programs. Discord, GeForce Experience, FPS tools, etc. Launch FC 26 again.
