Season Pass reset at Level 29 and I can’t claim Level 30

Hello,

I am experiencing a serious issue with the Season Pass in EA Sports FC 26.

I purchased the pass normally and completed the progression up to Level 29 without any problems. I only needed 500 more XP points to unlock and claim Level 30, but suddenly my entire battle pass reset on its own.

Now I can no longer progress or claim Level 30, even though I played and progressed normally throughout the whole season.

This is harming me as a consumer because I paid for the pass and I am now being prevented from receiving the final reward due to a game/system error.

I demand that this issue be resolved urgently and that my progression be restored immediately so I can claim Level 30 of the Season Pass.

I look forward to a quick solution.
