Cursor on all players bug

I have lost countless games (even in champions) because of this bug.

It happens randomly in a game at the start where all players have a white cursor on them and they are not moving, only one player can be controlled and switching is not working, nothing works you just lose this game. What A SHAME! Especially when it comes to champions games where each win counts.

I need urgent support and some sort of reimbursement please.
