When i play the game there is a delay when i want to pass the ball it take about 3 sec to pass and my ping is normal and there is no issue in the control so fix it

My internet connection is good, and my ping is usually around 30–40 ms. However, I’m experiencing this issue, and I think it might be related to my country.
I’ve seen many people in the community on social media reporting the same issue, so I don’t think it’s a problem with my internet connection. There might be something wrong with the servers or connection in my region.
