PS5 Overheating Warning When Playing EA Sports FC 26

Hello EA Community,

I would like to report a recurring overheating issue with EA Sports FC 26 on PS5.

When I play FC 26, the PS5 fan becomes noticeably louder, and after some time I receive the official “Your PS5 is too hot” warning. This has happened repeatedly.

What makes this issue particularly strange is that I do not experience the same problem with other demanding games. I can play Battlefield 6, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and Call of Duty without overheating warnings, abnormal fan noise, or shutdowns.

I have already tried several solutions:

- Completely deleted FC 26 and reinstalled it.

- Made sure the PS5 has adequate ventilation.

- Previously had the console checked/serviced by a technician.

- The problem still occurs specifically when playing FC 26.

I have also found multiple reports from other PS5 and PS5 Slim users describing very similar overheating problems while playing FC 26, including recent reports from July and August 2026.

This makes me wonder whether there could be an optimization, stability, or performance issue specific to FC 26 on certain PS5 systems.

Could EA please investigate this issue and confirm whether it is a known problem?

If necessary, I can provide a video showing the overheating warning and additional information about my console and the exact circumstances in which the problem occurs.

I would appreciate any official information, troubleshooting steps, or future fix related to this issue.
