My son has had the exact same issue he has only this week got back into the game after release week after his ps5 was broken, I opened a ticket with EA customer support and they replied saying “you’re not eligible for any more content”.
He doesn’t want “more” content he just wants what he paid nearly £100 for!
I hope you get sorted man.
