Did not receive rewards for EA Play Pro subscription!!!!!

What is this incompetence! I have bought the subscription for EA Play Pro, but did not receive the 2k Fifa points or the the icon pack! I tried contacting the EA help, but they said put forth your problem in forum here! I have the invoice for both preorder and the EA Play Pro Subscription, and I presented it to them, but EA Help cannot HELP!!??? If this doesn't get resolved, I am cancelling my Membership! And please remove tge advertise from the EA Play Home page if the rewards don't come through!! Very disappointed.
