Did Not Receive Ultimate Edition Bonuses in EA FC 26

I recently purchased EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition, but I have not received any of the bonuses that were advertised. I did not get any coins, icons, packs, or any other extras.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and make sure I get the content that comes with the Ultimate Edition?
