Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If you're still having trouble connecting, try the sets in this connection troubleshooting article. If that doesn't help, try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Just the squads, not the players. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to Ultimate Team. Let me know how it goes.
