Didn’t receive fc points after purchase

I bought 2,800 fc points via steam on pc and as soon as the purchase went thru and I went back on the game, it said the fc store has encountered an error or something like that and my points were never received. This happened like last month too when I bought 1,600 points but I didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I have proof of purchase too.
