Didn’t receive season pass, and used 1000 points to buy it

Haven’t even received anything 

I also received all other pre order bonus’s like the icon and the points but have not received the premium pass as promised. I would rather not have to spend 1000 of my 2000 points. Pls fix this

I preordered this game. Everything is looking cool and smooth but now my rewards are bugging. I got no icon. I didn’t get a free season. AND IT TOOK 1000 OF MY 2000 FC POINTS???? Can this get fixed for me??

so i bought fc 26 ultimate edition.
And was promised 6000 points and if im not mistaken a icon player and premium pass,
But first i had struggle where it sayd i hade to "upgrade to play the game" at first. Then when i came in i saw i didnt have a premium pass so i bought it with the first 2000 points we get. So im missing 1000 points now because i didnt get the premium pass and i belive im missing the icon aswell since i havent gotten it. Very much problem for buying a 100 dollar game..

I spent 1000 of my fc points to purchase the season pass because it didn’t give it to me straight away when logging in but I should have received it with ultimate edition. Can I get my points refunded?

I logged in yesterday with no season pass so I used 1000 points to pay for the pass, only to then close the game and reopen later and it tell me my free pass is now available, I have not received a refund on the original points I spent?
