didnt recieve fc points
i bought 1050 fc points on steam and the payment went through i even got an email, but i didnt recieve the points

Same thing happened to me.... it's not working. Didn't get my 500 points.
Happened to me on January 16th. Still haven't recieved them and the advisors tell me to keep waiting...
