DirectX Error (DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL) Crash in EA SPORTS FC 26 During Gameplay

I am encountering a recurring DirectX crash in EA SPORTS FC 26 with the error DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL, referencing a failure in the DirectX swap chain Present() call. The crash happens during active gameplay (mid-match) or when I just launch.

At the time of the crash, no background programs were running. Only Steam and EA SPORTS FC 26 were open. There were no overlays enabled, no third-party tools, no monitoring software, and no modifications of any kind. The system is otherwise stable, and this issue does not occur in other DirectX 12 games.

My system uses an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 with the latest NVIDIA driver on Windows 11. The error appears to be related to DX12 frame presentation (swap chain / VSync behavior) rather than user-side software or system instability.

Given that other players have reported similar DirectX-related crashes in FC 26, this seems likely to be a game-level DX12 compatibility or stability issue, not a problem caused by user actions.

I would appreciate confirmation on whether this is a known issue, and if there is any recommended workaround or planned fix. The crash directly affects match stability and significantly impacts gameplay.

Thank you.
