Only in rush

Hello I keep getting unable to communicate with servers message once we have all selected our players in rush and then goes back to event selection screen. Can you advise please. Playing on a switch 2 and I have deleted and redownloaded both switch and switch 2 version with the same problem. 

But I can still play rivals, and other online match types.
