disconected 5 games in row and they win i get lost??????

I am writing to formally complain about repeated incorrect match results being recorded on my account.

I was told by EA Support that if an opponent quits after 20 minutes or more, the match should be awarded as a win. However, this is not happening in practice. Today alone, this situation occurred multiple times where my opponent left the match after 20+ minutes, yet the result was recorded as a loss or given to the opponent instead.

It appears that when a match ends due to a disconnect rather than a clean in-game quit, the system fails to process the result correctly. There seems to be no clear distinction between an opponent intentionally quitting and a disconnect caused by closing the app, losing internet connection, or dashboard quitting. In these cases, the system sometimes records a no-result or even a loss for the remaining player.

Additionally, server instability or desynchronization may be contributing to this issue. These problems appear more frequently during peak times such as weekends, events, Champions, or Rivals, when server load is high. In these situations, match results seem to change or flip after the game has ended.

I also understand that EA uses anti-abuse systems to prevent win boosting. However, these systems appear to be falsely flagging legitimate matches, especially when multiple opponents quit within a short period. This is unfairly penalizing players who are not exploiting anything.
