Disconnect after champs wins

After winning fut champions games, I am experiencing a frequent problem where I lose connection to the EA servers and get kicked out of ultimate team. Despite receiving the win originally with the game finishing, I am given a disconnection warning and given the loss on my champs record. The issue is unlikely to be on my end as there is no sign of any connectivity problems throughout games or in the menus, and only occurs at the end of games after a win. This issue continuing to happen is making it pointless to play these games where I am playing for the potential rewards from wins.
