EA_Aljo hi thereAljo i just got some unable to connect to ea servers problem, i usually have very good conection, but today i got kicked out of 4 matches in a row and now i can stay in UT for like 2 minutes before getting kicked out again, i try reconecting and it works, load UT after 2 min i get kicked out again please help me i have done the quality report ill add the screen shots. Community ManagerThank you for the report. It's very much appreciated. It looks like packet loss is what is causing you to disconnect. It would be good to try the connection troubleshooting steps here. If they don't help, contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
thank you for responding, but the troubleshoot guide isnt mutch help, sorry i hope you understand :) and also how can it be the packet loss when in the last matches it was recorded as 0.03% that should not be a problem.
