Disconnected from every Rivals and FUT Champions match – no loss given (PS5)

UPDATE: I managed to fix the issue.
After testing my players one by one, I found that one of my Evolution players was causing the disconnects in Rivals and FUT Champions.
I removed all Evolutions from that player using the “Remove All Evos” option and then applied the Evolutions again. After rebuilding the player, everything started working normally again and I can now play Rivals without disconnecting.
So in my case, it looks like the problem was caused by glitched/corrupted Evolution data on one specific player.
If anyone has the same issue, I recommend removing all Evo players from your squad first and testing a match. Then add them back one by one to find which player is causing it. If you find the affected player, removing and reapplying their Evolutions may fix it.

UPDATE: I managed to fix the issue.
