Disconnected from rivals matches
This morning i logged in and i wanted to play a couple of rivals matches. Everything went on normally the game started and around 5th minute the game just said that i lost connection to ea servers. I took the loss of course. I checked my internet connection and everything was working well. I restarted the game, and went in another rivals match. Same issue. So here i am, took two losses for nothing. Then i checked my match history and it says the internet was working well as you can see in the picture. Is it possible that i get my 2 games back on my progression or you fix the issue, i dont want to go into another match just to lose because of your servers.
Hey micitovic sorry to hear you are having issues.
If there are server issues, then the team will communicate this to all users.
A connection issue does not mean your internet dropped, it can simply be bandwidth-related.
With that in mind, it's worth taking a look at the connection troubleshooting steps here
It'll take a little time to go through but once done should hopefully improve your connection.
