You said you were right next to the router so I thought that meant wireless. Unfortunately, without your Connection Quality Report, I can't offer much advice other than to try the connection troubleshooting steps I linked previously.

But it isn't the case i'm using Ethernet and I get kicked from the Servers aswell so it isn't because of wireless connection or the Internet of the Players!!!

It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Even when being right next to the router you're going to be very susceptible to disconnects and lag. It would be good to switch to using a wire.

It's nothing to do with my router it's your servers!! The router is not even 5 meters from my console I don't get any lag whatsoever just get disconnected whenever I seem to be winning games. Why can't you accept accountability that it's a bug on your side that needs fixing. You have seen my connection report and it's perfect 98/100. Can I not get compensation for loss of packs or something? It's just frustrating and the game is not even enjoyable anymore with these disconnecting errors

Hello fellow player comp I had the same issue it’s a bug I contacted support and they said they would fix it fast and what serve are you on Middle East Europe ?

EA_Aljo​ At this point, I am convinced that this is a bug on EA’s side.

The issue started immediately after resetting my PC and doing a fresh installation. Before that, everything worked perfectly. Since then, I am constantly getting disconnected from EA servers, both in menus and during matches, which makes EA FC 26 completely unplayable for me.

I have already tried everything possible on my side:

• Reset my PC multiple times (fresh Windows installs)
• Reinstalled the game multiple times
• Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat
• Used the EA App recovery/cleanup tool
• Updated all drivers
• Disabled firewall and antivirus
• Tested different networks (LAN and mobile hotspot)
• Tried different EA accounts (same issue)

Nothing has worked.

Since the problem occurs across different systems, accounts, and even completely different internet connections, it cannot be caused by my setup. This clearly points to a bug related to EA Anti-Cheat or server connectivity after a fresh installation.

Most likely, being so far from the router is the issue. Even if it's right next to your console/PC, disconnects and lag will be far more frequent. So, if your router is in a different room, and even worse, on a different floor, lag and disconnects will be frequent. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire just to see if there's a difference? Make sure you power cycle your modem/router and device you play on if you can do that.
