I am facing a major issue with my Ultimate Team account I have contacted you three times already but I still have not received a solution
There is a problem with squad building in Ultimate Team which prevents me from starting any match or completing any Squad Building Challenges Every time I try to add a player to my squad I receive a connection error
I can play online matches normally in Clubs mode and I can also play Career Mode without any issues The problem happens only in Ultimate Team
I have not been able to use Ultimate Team for more than a month and I believe the issue might be related to the servers
Before contacting you I tried the following steps
I changed the WiFi network but it did not work
I changed the DNS to 8888 and 8844 but it did not work
I cleared the cache on my PlayStation 4 logged out and logged back in but nothing changed
I changed my kits logo and stadium but it still did not work
I tried many other troubleshooting steps but nothing worked
I am extremely frustrated This is the third time I contact you in one month and the issue is still not fixed
