Disconnecting after the match has finished

This is my second loss with this issue, i play a match, it finishes but the win doesn't count because it says ultimate team isn't available at this moment and kicks me out of UT and when i go back in UT i get the DNF prompt. Nice game.

    Every time I play, whenever I’m about to win a match, the game kicks me out. If I play 10 matches, it happens in about 5 of them. I keep reporting this issue, but I’ve never received a single response.
