Disconnection after match

Hi, I'm having a really frustrating issue on PS5 with EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team. After every single match, as soon as the final whistle blows, I get a message saying that it couldn't connect to the Ultimate Team servers. The match doesn't count properly, and I can't make any progress on objectives like Daily Play. I've tried restarting the game, restarting my PS5, and checking my internet connection, but the problem happens after every match. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is EA aware of it and working on a fix?
