Disconnection after win in fut champs

I won my first game of fut champs 14-5, and once the game ended, after my player collects the match ball, the game disconnected and I got given a loss. I have attached a video of it. It is not fair that this is fut champs and I got given a loss, since thks has a tournament style and there is a fixed number of games, and I will not get the rewards I deserve for this weekend.
