Disconnection during Squad Battles

I would first like the start by saying I went on the unable to connect pages and others pages to help connect, so this will not be a solution in this case.

i am an average person at the game but i am better playing against the AI, if i see a low chemistry team I play on legendary otherwise i play on professional. With my skill level I am barely amble to make it to elite 1 which averages at around 30.5k. Playing 10 games (including the featured one) I hit 17.3k, meaning I am barely on track to make it.

playing my 11th games, it was a legendary one as there was low chemistry with an overall of 69, I go 4-0 up by the 40th minute meaning that I will likely collect around 2500 points which is what I needed to stay on track. And all of a sudden after scoring I get this message on my screen. Meanwhile my internet has been perfect and there were no interruptions. 

i log back on to see I got a 0 instead meaning I completely missed out on elite 1 now and even puts me at risk of kissing elite 2. 
This is killing my desire to play considering the effort and planning I put into this. 
I was 4-0 up when it happened it could not even give me the points for that but instead a 0.

what can I do, could I get compensated for this? This is horrible and coupled with the server issues makes this game a living hell. I tried opening a case but it disappeared. I really need a solution here.
