Disconnection Problem and Unfair Results on XBox

Hi,

While playing Rivals on Xbox, I'm experiencing frequent connection drops. My internet is good and stable; I'm connecting via Ethernet cable. The problem occurs every 2-3 games. Sometimes it drops during pauses, sometimes at the end of the game. Even when I'm leading by a large margin, if the opponent leaves the game, I'm still counted as having lost. Just recently, in a game where I was leading 5-1 at halftime, the connection dropped and I was counted as having lost again. This problem is really putting me off the game and it feels unfair.
