Division rivals issues

I’m on PS5 and every Division Rivals match disconnects immediately at kick-off with the message, “You lost your connection to your opponent. We’ll check the match report to see who won and who lost.” All other online modes work normally. My NAT Type is 2. I’ve cleared the PS5 cache, reinstalled the game, and the issue still persists. Please investigate whether this is an account-specific issue or a problem with Rivals matchmaking.
