Rivals issue

Question

Hi, I’m having a problem with FC 26 Ultimate Team Division Rivals on PS5.

Every time I find an opponent, the stadium loads successfully, but right before kickoff the match disconnects and I receive the message “Your match result is currently under review.”

This only happens in Division Rivals. Squad Battles and other game modes work normally. Other online games on my PS5 also work normally.

My NAT Type is 2. I have already:

Restarted my PS5
Restarted my router
Reinstalled FC 26
Tested my internet connection
Tried multiple Rivals matches

The matches do not count as wins or losses and the issue happens every time. Please check if there is an account-specific issue, matchmaking issue, or restriction affecting my Ultimate Team account.

The issue started around a week ago maybe.

Have you found a fix for this? Tried literally everything same as you. Oddly enough I can play rivals on another account on my console but not on my main.
