When I tried to claim the rewards for Rivals, nothing happened. After restarting Ultimate Team, I still can’t claim the rewards, and they’re nowhere to be found.

Did you ever get your rewards? It's happened to me. I got my player picks, 18k and the mega pack for Div 4 upgrade but missing the other packs

Holy hell are you gonna give us our rewards men ! What the hell it's going on with you guys ! When it's a bug in the store where u can get more FC points or anything related to the store and market it's fixed in 30 minutes max and you can even give the rewards to the players of your games... some of us have spend 100 to get the game that you said was the "community" FC but it's clearly not the game is as bad as the past years... Girls are every where and broken as **bleep**, like tell me how claudia pina is more physical than saliba, van dijk, upamecano and the list goes on and on.... But the sadest one is that you don't care about us for me it's only been 4 days but for some others it's weeks then you **bleep**ed up on this one !

We’re still waiting. You clearly don’t care about us at all. We’ve spent a considerable amount of money on this game, yet you can’t manage to solve a simple issue. Your attitude toward the people who keep your product alive is disgraceful.
I am not getting the 105+ player, I have only being getting XP and Star Pass credits but it does not give me the player pack. This has been happening for every single promotion rank after I first got promoted and only received the player once. The rest of the ranks all are giving me NO PLAYER. Fix this stupid bug!%&#%
