Downloads bugs

Hi, I'm on PS5 and when I log into Ultimate Team and access any menu (club, play, shop, etc.) 2 out of 3 times I get infinite loading times and I'm forced to close and reopen the game but nothing changes. Sometimes this also happens during the main game loading or when loading to enter Ultimate Team. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.
