I was playing an offline draft and i won the last game of the draft then it disconnected me right at the end. How do I claim my token back?

I got the same Problem but i disconnected at the start of the game. This happend 3 or 4 times. The EA live chat said that i get the tokens back here but the Link in EA_Darko answer only gave me one. Is it possible to get the other ones cause i paid like 10€ for the FC-Points to start the drafts.

Why do you have this page if it doenst work? I got disconnected by a cheater in draft twice in a row. I logged into this missing tool content page and it says im not eligble to get a free token. This has to mean that their cheats bypass your servers to understand that I get disconnected? Insanly unprofessional and this makes this game so sad to play. Your game is really good gameplay wise but if you dont sort these cheaters out its not going to work out.
When I click on the link it just has a white box - is it down?
Hi I’ve been disconnected from 2 drafts one while winning and one while drawing both in the first game. Tried to use the missing content tab on support website and won’t load can somebody please help with this
