Dualsense constantly vibrating.

Hi everyone, I have Dualsense connected to my laptop with bluetooth and it was working fine since FC26 came out but lately whenever I'm in any menu, it's constantly vibrating and doesn't let me use L1, R1, L2 and R2. Tried verifying game files from Steam, didn't work, disconnected the controller and paired it again, still same. Whenever I'm in a match it's fine but any other time it's just annoying. Does anyone else has the same problem?
