Unable to Access FC Hub in FC 26

I’m unable to access the FC Hub or the season ladder in the game through the Console and also on the Companion App. I’m also unable to see my SP progression. When I try to press the D Pad to access the FC Hub it says “The Season Pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your Season Pass”.

How do I fix this?
