EA 26 Freezing and not loading!

Hi there, EA26 pre-order is not loading. I am able to make a few inititial selections but after I use my Club Badge, it freezes and nothing happens. Very disappointing, any suggestions. I have tried...

Had the same issue but working now. Didn’t have to do anything but wait
