EA_Aljo Could you provide any update please? I still don`t have ping shown (it shows 0 ) in rush matches, but in rivals I can see my ping. But ea connection quality report feature still doesn`t work.

Community ManagerAre you sure you're logged into the right account? You need to log in with the same email of the EA account you play on. That should be visible in the account settings in game.
