As I understand it, there are two reasons why this data is not being updated
You are playing in an unsupported country or region. (EA may believe that I am located in a part of the country where access is blocked.)
In some cases, the data may not reach the report/website. (Or it could be a problem with data transfer between my provider and EA. I think EA may have changed the data transfer routes, and these routes may be blocked by the provider). Perhaps this problem arose at the end of August (FC 25), but for obvious reasons, few people paid attention to it.
This is only a guess; I am not an expert in this field.
Could you clarify whether this could be due to my refusal to transfer data about my preferences for championship and Champions League teams? I remember that this information was available at the beginning of the game. However, this should not affect my choice of data transfer.
