Ea employees or bot resetting or changing game score

Guys this is height people changing game scores I won the game 2-1 but result changed to 1-2 against me.

If people are loosing games they are chasing the games of opponents.

Let me know if you can't fix it will stop playing the game.

Also u guys have lot of issues like people with 10 chemistry is passing with 100% accuracy and my game works just opposite like someone else is controlling it 

You fix these issues else someone will drag you guys in court.

Let me know how can I claim refund for this bad bot game.
