EA FC 26 - Early Access and Companion Web App Access

Hello everyone!

I bought the early access EA FC 26 on PS5 and gained access to gameplay, specifically Ultimate Team on 19 September 2025.

I have not received any of the bonus packs in my Store which I was expecting.

Additionally, I cannot access the Web App (extract below). I want to do the Squad Building Challenges etc on my commute but I simply cannot access it!

I didn't have EA FC 25, I presume this might be the reason. Has anyone else had this issue?
