Hello,
I am experiencing an issue in Ultimate Team where my online matches are not being counted.
- I can play matches normally.
- At the end of the match, I get a connection error message.
- Wins and losses are NOT being recorded.
- I do NOT receive any DNF (disconnect) penalty.
- Squad Battles matches are counted normally, but online matches are not.
This issue has been ongoing for more than 48 hours.
I have already tried the following:
- Restarting the game and EA App
- Verifying game files
- Reinstalling Anti-Cheat
- Changing squads
- Waiting over 24 hours without playing
Nothing has fixed the issue.
It seems like my account is unable to process match results online.
Could you please check my account and fix this issue?
