EA FC 26: Imagine i bought a game that i can t play

A few weeks ago, I force-closed FC 26, and since then I have been unable to play the game because it no longer launches. No error messages appear when I try to start it.

I attempted all the troubleshooting methods suggested on the forums, but none of them resolved the issue. To investigate further, I logged into my friend's account (who also owns the game) on my PC and tried launching it. The game started normally.

However, when I logged into my own account on my friend's PC, the game still would not launch. This suggests that the issue is not related to my computer but rather to my account.

I also checked my account status and confirmed that I do not have any bans.
