Hello, I just did the update and its not working, I test it in a Kick-off game and also the others big match gamemodes and there is the slow motion.
there is somekeys it might help you.

• FPS is above 60
• Rush gamemode is working perfectly in both online and offline.
• My cpu usage is 90-100% while in the game. temperature in cpu is normal also in the gpu
• I tried to close all the background apps, and any app.
• I tried to lock 30 fps in kick-off gamemode and career , its working good but in offline mode, in online mode there is delay

hey EA_Barry​ the issue is only 50% resolved, the lag disappeard, but I personally i have slow motion like this guy and imput delay and the game doesen t feel smooth, the only method for me to evade the lag and imput delay before the patch was to lock at 30fps and play windowed, but this method doesen t work after the patch so i can t play anymore
PC SPECS: RYZEN 7 5700X / 16 GB RAM / GTX 1650 4GB / REGION: ROMANIA

This update is useless. Nothing has changed for the better. It's the same problems I mentioned in my post. 100% cpu usage, settings change all the time, they don't save. Sometimes it works decently in the first half, and then the game becomes extremely slow, with lag and input delay. Sometimes it runs at 10 fps. The longer the game is open, the more problems appear. Friends of mine have the same problems. Many say it's because of the anti-cheat that overloads the CPU from what I heard but I don’t know. You have skilled employees. They should know the reasons for the problems and solve them.

Your CPU looks ok but there are a few recommended troubleshooting steps: 

1. Reinstall or update your GPU video drivers.
2. Disable overlays: Discord, NVIDIA and Xbox Game Bar
3. Repair your System Files - press the Windows key, type "cmd", and select "Run as administrator" from the search results, or press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Run these commands at the CMD prompt - sfc /scannow AND
   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
4. Download and install any available Windows Updates.
