Hello, I had the same problems too. First, set the settings you play well with in the eafc 26 menu, either from the nvidia app or directly from the fcsetup.ini file. Then, try setting the configuration files (fcsetup.ini, fcsetup_default.ini, overrideAutodetect.lua) to read-only first, and then deny them write access for each user. That's how I solved it. However, I think the biggest problems or the settings that should be lowered are the rendering scale (even lowering the normal resolution to 720p, 1080p caused a drop in fps with the rendering scale at 100), Ambient Occlusion to medium-low, and setting Hair Strands to off. before all these lag issues, i played the game on fullscreen mode now everytime i launch the game it opens in a windowed borderless format then in the menu i set it to fullscreen and 'apply settings' / save it yet everytime game opens in a windowed format. the menu itself feels so heavy and laggy to browse. i tried that fcsetup.ini workaround and for a few minutes the game felt less laggy in the first half but in the second half omds it was hell bro. i can feel the delay and lag even while completiing the SBCs man. this is my first time ever playing a fifa and its been an awful experience. please let me know if you find a proper fix or if you can help me out even more in my case. thx.

Hello, try to set temporally your settings to medium / low and set render scale to 85 in the game menu then close the game and set (fcsetup.ini, fcsetup_default.ini, overrideAutodetect.lua) to read-only and deny to all 3 files the write permission
