Ea fc 26 issue on pc lagging and controller not working online

There is lag even in low optimization and controller not working online,  that's a shame I bought ea pro and I can't even try one match and my subscription for 1 month w day already gone for nothing ...

At offline mode controller works but a bit lagging... idk why... but in online mode trully disaster... no works at all... only can start the pause game then exit game... what the heckk
