I bought this game a month and a half ago. Ever since then I haven’t been able to play any online modes. It keeps disconnecting. Scoured the internet and tried every fix but still doesn’t work. Finally decided to bring the issue to live chat but I’m told they are aware of it and told me to wait. Are you kidding me? I paid for this game to wait?
Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now it crashes into either non responding mode or shuts down completely shortly after connecting to EA server.

What device are you playing on? Do you use a wired or wireless connection?
Tried playing on PC 2 days ago and ended up with the bluescreen of death. After restarting I tried running the game and all is well now. Have played without issue over the last 2 days

I have recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Deleted all the cache files before that, now I see EA app tells me I have to verify my age. I tried clicking on the link but it’s broken. Could this be the reason, the game still keeps disconnecting?
Community ManagerIt might be possible. What is the error you're seeing when using that link? Are you on a VPN?
No. I'm not on VPN. My region in my profile was Bangladesh but I moved to Canada 3 years ago, there was no issue playing FC 24 and 25, but 26 is unplayable. I changed my region to Canada, the error stopped showing up in EA app but the game still gets disconnected.
