EA FC 26 LAG AFTER HALF T IME

its keep happening all the time.. first half is okay no lag no delay .. but once i start the second half the game starts LAGGING like never before.. even tho i have nvidia geforce 3050 4gb.. Amd Ryzen 5 and 16 gb ram.. even tho im playing in LOW (recommended is HIGH on nvidia control panel) Any solutions?
