They are. I contacted customer service over 15 times now. Same explanation over and over again, saying it’s a latency issue. We’re now 5days later and still no communication or fc points.EA_Darko take some action please

EA_Darko excuse me but are you serious? I’ve listed everything you guys said in this thread. Are you even reading the posts?

- it’s a latency issue and our team is working on it (majority of the attempts that I’ve took to speak to you guys)
- contacting psn network services (did that as well, and no success as it is an EA problem)
- clear licences (did that as well, no success)
- clear cache and start ps in safe mode
- reconnect the router
- fill in a claim
- asked me for several screenshots from my payment
all these things i’ve done and my 12k missing fc points still haven’t appeared. And that is since friday the 16th
this is every solution you guys said. None of them worked

We do not have the ability to discuss your account with you Futjarne1997 nor can we discuss your case. All we can do is ask that you speak with the team and provide as much info as possible.
We can take a bug report here but beyond this our options are limited to assist. If we could assist further we would.

I bought 18500 points on friday and it’s the same for me. I contacted customer service so many times but they are not giving me my points…

They are just **bleep**. After covid, all of big companies' support became a **bleep**. No real human, no real help but the bots and prepared replies. In my case, player I bought on the market dissapeared, and they replied for the second time like this:
"We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content.
This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements."
Either bot or mentally disabled person.

Talked to them a last time yesterday, because I’m done putting energy in them. It was Garima (the agent’s name) that said that I did receive the 12k and that I used them. I told her that was not the case but she fully admitted that she won’t give me the points back where I paid for. So it’s not just false advertising, it’s actively scamming us and keeping us in the loop for so long. All the explanations like “our team is working on it” were just BS.

If you purchased your points from a third party retailer then there may be nothing that we can do to assist you with issues related to missing points.

EA_Darko no you won’t. Your team was “working” on this from the 16th. We’re the 28th now. Nothing happened. Your last agent told me the points won’t appear. It’s 2 days left of toty so the points won’t be even in time if they, for a magical reason, would appear. You’re a scamming company. The community creators such as Nepenthez, Inception, rrfm made several videos of this being the worst toty ever. On top of that you guys’ servers can’t handle people buying fc points on release and don’t even fix the issue afterwards. This is the last time i’m buying this game. It’s all about taking money rather than giving back to the community and helping your fanbase out. I’m done with the chit chat. You haven’t passed it on and you won’t help us. Full stop.
