Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing ongoing connectivity issues with EA FC 26, specifically when playing Clubs mode.

I’m able to play Seasons and FUT without any issues, but Clubs fails to connect and returns the error:
“Unable to connect to the EA server. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

I have already completed all recommended troubleshooting steps, including restarting the console and router, verifying network settings, and ensuring the game and system software are fully up to date.

There have been no changes to my PS5 or router settings, and Clubs mode was working normally a few weeks ago. Other online services and games continue to work without any issues on the same network.

I’m using a TP-Link router, and the issue appears isolated to Clubs mode only.

Has anyone else encountered this recently, or is this a known server-side issue with Clubs?

    Jumping in to say I am experiencing the same issue. I have reached out to EA Help multiple times and received no help.

    Same issue for my son. I read elsewhere that unlinking your account on the EA website and then re-linking in the game may resolve the issue. Going to try that.

    I have the same issue, I made a post on this forum and haven’t gotten a response and it’s been over a week and live chat said they can’t do anything about it in live chat but only here. But no one is answering these issues which is really frustrating.

    I turned off 2FA on my EA account and this solved the issue for me.

    I just fixed it!! You have to go into your EA account on a browser, go to two factor authentication and turn it off. That just fixed it for me! Thanks to whoever originally commented this fix!

    Oh my word... Turning of 2FA actually worked! Thank you for whoever suggested this.
