Mate because of uk going one hour ahead clocks changing, you need to go to your time and date settings and sync your time. Should work after that

It looks like it's not the ban that's causing issues anyways, as that'd have its own specific error. Did you try some of the other steps I shared below in this thread already?

On 3/2/26, I was falsely banned on EA FC 26 for cheating. My account was compromised and I provided proof. 

I was later unbanned on 3/12/26.

Since then I have not been able to access ultimate team. Originally, my suspension duration was 28 days after the message was sent. So on 3/30/26 at 12:14PM i should have access.

But no, I still am not able to login to ultimate team and I have contacted support countless times and no help has been provided/useful,

EA, I am please asking for you guys to fix my account, I have not been able to login into ultimate team for 20 days now.

I have tried every single trouble shooting step. nothing has fixed. I even bought the game on steam again.

Could you try following the steps in this article to delete potentially corrupted update files?

If that doesn't work, could you go into the webapp and delete your squad? Not the players themselves! Just the squad. You can remake it after. Let me know if that solves your issue.

I cant access Ultimate team. Are there server issues?

this is happening to me as well playing on pc and the game disconnects saying unable to connect to EA servers, happening in all game modes such as Squad battles and even manager live,  my game stopped crashing after the yesterday's pc update and now this bug is happening, please fix your game 😭😭

Are you having this issue when you try to log in to Ultimate Team, or is it happening during a game or a different game mode?

Also, just to check, what platform do you play on?
