EA servers always crashed and caused me a game and lost the match

EA servers often crashed in the middle of a match and caused me a game. How you compensate this?i have launced two reports about your servers already. Fix it. we pay for this. Played like hell and your server easily crashed and makes us lose a game because your server too weak. What a shame at this level of game with poor server. Dissapointed and gutted.
